Audio credits

Many animal sounds on PawSteps are our own recordings. Where we use a freely licensed clip, we credit the recordist here as their licence requires.

Every sound used on PawSteps permits commercial use. We use only Creative Commons 0 (public domain) or CC BY (attribution) recordings. We deliberately reject anything licensed NonCommercial — including the BBC Sound Effects / RemArc library, whose licence is non-commercial — because PawSteps is a paid product. Audio is self-hosted rather than hot-linked, so pages work offline and clips cannot change under us.
