A caring space to notice feelings around food, make mealtimes feel a little safer, and know when and how to reach for help.

You Are Not Alone
Lots of people find food or mealtimes hard sometimes โ because of worry, big feelings, sensory reasons, or things going on in life. Having a difficult relationship with food is not your fault, and it doesn't make you "bad" or "greedy" or "fussy." Feelings around food can change and get easier, especially with kind support. This workbook is a gentle place to notice things โ not a set of rules, and not a replacement for talking to someone who can help. ๐ฑ

My Help Plan โ๏ธ
๐ฆ Rosie: "Talking to someone is one of the bravest, most helpful steps." Fill this in with a grown-up if you can.
A trusted adult I can talk to about this:
๐ If food worries are affecting how you feel, your body, or daily life, please tell a trusted adult and speak to your GP โ support really works, and the earlier the better. In the UK you can contact Beat (eating disorder charity) on their helplines, and in the US the National Alliance for Eating Disorders helpline can help. If you ever feel unsafe or in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line straight away. You deserve support. ๐
