Welcome to the Pets on the Green Skill Workbook 7 — Key Stage 4 skills for learners aged 14–16. Every skill is written as something your learner can do, not as a year group or exam specification. A learner revisiting skills at any level will only ever see what they're practising, never where they "should" be.
Each unit has three short lessons, each following the same pattern: Read it (learn the idea with an example), See how (watch a worked example step by step), then You try (three questions). There is no timer and nothing to fail. If an answer is wrong, the workbook says "not quite — have another go" and the question stays open.
This workbook suits independent study, revision support, and catch-up sessions. It can be used as a standalone activity or alongside classroom work.
Every question is multiple choice — no writing needed at any point. The font and layout are chosen for clarity. There are no scores, no streaks and no pressure. The workbook saves progress automatically in the browser.
Between lessons, try a 2-minute movement break: a short walk, five big stretches, or looking out of the window and naming three things you can see. Brief movement resets attention and genuinely improves retention — particularly beneficial for SEND learners.
The correct answer for every question is shown here so you can support your learner without guessing.
Your learner earns a printable certificate they can name themselves. They also collect animal stamps on a reward chart — one per lesson completed. Completing all four units and twelve lessons earns a full chart.
