- Bear crawl — on your hands and feet with your bottom in the air, crawl slowly across the room and back like a big brown bear.
- Frog jumps — crouch down low, then spring up and forward with a big leap. See how far your froggy jumps can go.
- Flamingo balance — stand tall on one leg like a flamingo and count to ten, then swap legs. How steady can you stay?
- Crab walk — sit down, put your hands behind you and lift your tummy up, then scuttle sideways like a crab on the beach.
