You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days from starting a new subscription to cancel for a full refund. Note: if you ask to access the full digital content immediately and acknowledge this, your right to a refund for content already accessed may be reduced — we will always deal with early cancellations fairly.
Email ciera.rose@icloud.com with the email used at checkout. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 working days.
Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until it ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
