Is there really a free tier?
Yes — and it's generous. You can read all 370 vet-informed care guides, every article, the live animal cams, the careers hub, the pet-matcher quiz and the arcade games, and browse every lesson title — forever, with no card and no sign-up. Premium unlocks opening the lessons and workbooks, downloading/printing, progress tracking, and the evidence reports.
How is the school price calculated?
£5.50 per pupil per year, based on your census roll, billed annually by invoice. Staff seats, CPD and UK support are all included — there is no per-teacher or per-module charge. Use the calculator above to see your figure instantly.
Can we pay by invoice / BACS?
Yes. Schools, alternative provisions and local authorities can pay via BACS or purchase order on standard 30-day terms. We provide a DPIA template and Data Processing Agreement up front so procurement can move quickly.
What does the AP & EOTAS placement include?
A full personalised curriculum, three hours a week of live 1-to-1 tutoring, a weekly therapy session and a structured reintegration ladder — plus automatic LA monitoring and attendance returns. At £1,850 per pupil per term it typically costs a fraction of a £19,000+/year traditional AP placement.
Do therapists and tutors keep their own work?
Yes. The £29/month professional seat gives you an unlimited caseload, session logs and EHCP evidence, plus a marketplace where you can publish your own programmes and keep 90% of the revenue. NHS trusts get the first year included.
